One hall, more than one game
Sargo was built for a billiard hall and every word of it said so. A hall that added four pickleball courts had to call them tables and look at pockets drawn on every court. A badminton club was told to add a Table, was offered 8-Ball events, and could not even name its second court Court 1. Sargo now runs Billiards, Pickleball, Badminton and Table Tennis side by side — with any facility you add yourself — over one timer, one bill and one set of reports. If you run one sport, nothing changes: it is off until you turn it on. Around it: a setup wizard for a new hall, a new look with five themes and four text sizes, tournaments with teams, schedules, entry fees and tap-to-score, rebuilt Reports and Dashboard, a booking calendar, and the option to run with sign-in switched off.

If you run one sport, nothing changes
Multi-facility support is OFF until you turn it on at Settings, Modules. With it off there is no facility tab, no "Court" wording and no differently coloured card: your floor, your Tables page and every report read exactly as they did before this update. Turning it on and off again puts everything back.
Corrected hours will now show in your reports
Until now, correcting a table’s billable time changed the money and left the hours alone. Total hours, the Reports tiles, average and longest session and every Session History row now report the CORRECTED length, which is what you expected when you made the correction. How full your tables were — usage, busy hours and busiest days — deliberately does not move, because how long a table was unavailable has one answer and a billing correction is not it. If you have never corrected a session, no figure moves at all. Nothing you did caused this.
One new permission, given to the owner only
Correct Resource Facility lets someone move a table or court to a different facility after it has already been used, which changes which facility every past session on it is reported under. Only the owner role gets it in this update — no other role, including Admin. Grant it under Roles and Permissions if somebody else needs it.
Two new price lists appear, with one package each
Pickleball and Badminton are created with no resources on them, so both facilities are ready the moment you turn multi-facility on. No existing table, court or package moves or changes. When Sargo next starts, each gets a "Pickleball Hourly" and "Badminton Hourly" package, the same way every price list gets one. It happens once, and it is mentioned here so you do not find it in your packages list and wonder.
Your tables will read as Billiards once multi-facility is on
Tables, price lists and tournaments that never named a facility are now named Billiards, which is what Sargo has always treated them as. Nothing about them changes: no price, no bill, no report and no past session. It only means the screen can say Billiards instead of a heading you never set up.
Running without sign-in makes everyone the owner
With sign-in off, every action is recorded as the owner account, because Sargo will not record that nobody did something. That is right for a one-person hall or a display screen and wrong for a hall with staff you want to tell apart. Only the owner account can switch it on.
What this update does to your data
It adds new tables and new optional fields and rewrites nothing. No session, payment, bill, booking or staff account is changed, moved or deleted. Two naming rules are relaxed rather than tightened, so nothing you already have can become invalid.
Themes and text size are per machine
They are kept on the computer, not in your hall settings, so each terminal keeps its own and changing one changes nothing for anybody else. No permission is needed.

New: run more than one sport from one Sargo
Billiards, Pickleball, Badminton and Table Tennis, or a facility you add yourself. A resource class decides which facility its resources belong to, and everything else follows from that — one timer, one bill, one payment record and one set of reports for all of them. Turn it on at Settings, Modules.
New: the card looks like the sport it is
Billiard tables keep their felt, pockets and rail sights exactly as they were. A pickleball court draws its net, posts and kitchen marks. Badminton draws its tramlines. A facility you add yourself gets a plain card until you give it a colour and a picture, which you can do on the Facilities page.
New: Sargo says Court when you are looking at courts
The sidebar, the empty screens, the report wording, the events on offer and the assistant all use the word for the facility you are in. You choose that word yourself for a facility you add.
New: switch facility from a tab at the bottom of the screen
It names the facility you are in beside its mark and says how many resources it has. It is on every main page. Pick a facility and the floor, the bookings, the tournaments and the reports all narrow to it.
New: a setup wizard for a brand new hall
A fresh Sargo used to open on a dashboard for a hall that did not exist yet. It now asks four things first: your administrator account, your hall name and logo, which facilities you run, and your first tables or courts. It finishes by walking you through opening a real table and cancelling it, so you have done it once before a customer is standing there. The practice table is cancelled, so it never counts as takings. A hall already running Sargo never sees any of this.
New: nobody is left on the password Sargo ships with
The wizard turns the built-in admin account into yours. On a new install there is no longer a known address and password sitting there after setup.
A new look, and five themes to pick from
Sargo is graphite and green now, with new icons throughout. Choose Graphite, Midnight, Sage, Daylight or Paper, or follow the computer, and set the text to Compact, Default, Large or Largest. Both are per machine, so a wall screen read from across the hall and a counter terminal can be set differently. Amber still means five minutes left and red still means the last minute.
New: tournaments run teams as well as players
Singles, doubles or teams, with a roster of clubs, pairs or players you can edit after entry. The same player can play for a team in one facility and another team in another. Sargo refuses the same player twice in one team.
New: take the entry fee in Sargo
The money an entrant pays to be in the draw is now taken in Sargo instead of in cash off to one side. It goes in the same place as every other payment, so split payments, refunds, the per-method figures, who took it and the Payments page all work on it. The fee is quoted per team or per player from the line-up actually entered. Off until you switch it on, per tournament, and only while the draw is still being set up.
New: plan a draw by round
Each round header is its own schedule card, sitting above the matches it covers. You plan a time, not a court — Sargo alone decides whether a court is free. A match still waiting on its semi-final can be scheduled, because a director plans the final before knowing who reaches it. Reaching the time does nothing on its own: no call, no session, no alarm.
New: score a game a point at a time
Each side has a minus and a plus beside its box, and a scored point floats a "+1" off the button. Taking a point back is silent, because that is a correction and not something to celebrate. You can still type a finished score in one go.
New: see the draw before anyone is entered
Demo Mode fills a draft with placeholder entrants and draws the bracket, so you can look at what your format, event and scoring choices produce before typing a single real name. Clearing it only ever removes the placeholders, a placeholder is never charged a fee, and a draw with a real name in it cannot be started as a preview.
The match card says who is winning instead of holding every button
A card is now the clock, then one row per side — seed, mark, name and score — then a note only when there is one. The winner rises and says Winner; the loser’s name is struck through, never their score. Everything you do to a match happens in the match window, and the stage buttons sit beside the draw they act on.
Reports asks fewer, clearer questions
Total Revenue is now one big card with its trend and payment split, and three tiles beside it. Revenue breakdown, Table usage and "When are we busy?" are single cards you switch between instead of nine separate panels. The cashier split is a ring chart, packages and busiest days are bars, and a long range is drawn by month or by year so it can be read. The Dashboard was rebuilt the same way.
New: a calendar for your bookings
A Calendar tab beside the list, over exactly the same bookings and the same filters. Month, day and week views, and drag a booking to move it. Dragging its edge to make it longer is refused on purpose: how long a booking runs comes from its package. Drag across empty time and Sargo finds the package that fits, or offers to make one. Drag across several days and you get one booking per day at that time.
Correcting billable time now works on every package type
It used to be Open Time only. It is now offered on every type except a package that does not charge. On an hourly package or a booked block it changes the price. On a fixed-price package it changes the length on record and the fee stays exactly where it is — cutting a fixed fee down would be a discount nobody approved, and Sargo says so instead of showing you an unchanged figure with no reason.
New: run Sargo without signing in
A one-person hall gains nothing from a password typed forty times a night, and a wall-mounted floor screen cannot sit behind a sign-in box. You can now switch sign-in off at Settings, System, Access. Only the owner account can switch it on; anyone can switch it back off, because the safe direction must never need a permission you have just lost.
Two names Sargo used to refuse can now be used
A resource name only has to be unique within its class, so Pickleball Court 1 and Badminton Court 1 can both exist. A package name only has to be unique within its price list, so a pickleball 30 Minutes and a billiard 30 Minutes are two different products at two different prices. Both used to fail with "The name has already been taken" over a name you could not find anywhere.

The forms only ask what they can answer
A part of a form with nothing to say yet is not shown, one that is settled collapses to a single line stating where it stands, and the part you are working on opens in place. The booking form gained the most: it used to show a payment summary reading nothing over zero over zero before a package had even been picked.
You can change a class’s facility after making it
Before, it could only be set when the class was created, so a class made in a hurry was stuck on the main floor. Open Resource classes from the Tables page. Changing it moves every resource of that class at once, and the screen says so.
A facility keeps its own opening hours
Courts that open later than the hall no longer have to borrow the hall’s times.
The facility tab can actually be seen
The old control sat at roughly the same brightness as the page behind it and never said which facility was active. It is now a solid tab on the bottom edge with the facility named on it.
The sidebar and account card were redesigned
An installation running without sign-in says so there, rather than offering a way out that does not exist.
Legal and support open the website
With a panel inside the app as the fallback when the machine is offline.
Closed Tables loads a long range faster
How each table paid is now looked up once for the whole page instead of once per row.

With sign-in off, the Dashboard showed no takings
Revenue, Sessions and Total hours sat at a dash on a floor that had taken money all night, while Closed Tables listed the same tables correctly. The figures were always there; nobody asked for them.
A retired administrator stayed in charge of a hall with sign-in off
A hall that deleted its original admin account carried on running every action as that deleted account.
A hall with sign-in off was asked to sign in for a moment after starting
Requests arriving in the first instant after Sargo started got the previous answer and were refused, then it healed by itself. It no longer happens at all.
The setup wizard’s account step hung and then failed
Creating the administrator waited fifteen seconds and gave up. It now saves immediately.
A package saved from a court was offered on every billiard table
"Save as package" and "Create a new package from this one" both lost the facility they came from, so the floor offered a one-tap start that Sargo then refused.
Two ways of moving a resource failed with an unreadable error
Correcting a resource’s facility, and moving a resource to another class, could both hit the name rule without being checked first. They now refuse with a message that names the class the resource was going to.
Renaming an entrant was refused over a name Sargo had written itself
Editing a pair’s line-up in a preview draw was rejected for using a placeholder name the app had generated.
An entry fee could be re-priced below what had already been paid
Taking a player out of a pair after the fee was collected left the entrant overpaid, with money the hall owed and nothing saying so. Sargo now refuses the change rather than quietly re-pricing it; give the money back with a refund if that is what you mean to do.
Deleting a tournament took its entry fees out of the facility figures
The money still counted for the hall but vanished from the facility it was taken in. Deleting a single entrant was already stopped; deleting the whole event was not.
Collected entry fees took up to five minutes to appear in revenue
They now show up straight away.
Doubles and Mixed Doubles hid the per-player fee option
It was missing on exactly the events it exists for.
Turning multi-facility back off silenced the break cue
A hall that had set up a court and then switched multi-facility off got silence where it had always heard a session start.
Facility pictures could delete each other
Picking the same picture again deleted the file that had just been saved, and clearing one facility’s picture could blank another’s cards when both used the same image.
The Bookings page did not refresh when a booking changed elsewhere
A booking made on another terminal only appeared after a manual reload.
